On October 3, 1995, O.J. Simpson in the “trial of the century” was found not guilty on two murders of his ex-wife Nicole and her friend, Ron Goldman.
On October 4, 1953, Earl Warren was sworn in as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
On October 4, 2002, “American Taliban” John Walker plead guilty to being a member of a terrorist organization and was sentenced to 20 years.
