Andrew Johnson's impeachment trial in 1868.

On March 11, Happy Birthday Justice Antonin Scalia (born 1936 in Trenton, NJ).

On March 13, 1868, the impeachment trial of President Andrew Johnson begins.  This was the first time in history that a sitting president had been impeached.

On March 14, 1964, Jack Ruby is found guilty of killing Lee Harvey Oswald, assassin of John F. Kennedy.
