On May 17, 2010,  Florida v. Graham, was issued by the U.S. Supreme Court, holding that life without parole for juvenile offenders is unconstitutional.

On May 18, 1992, Foucha v. Louisiana, continued detention of insanity acquitee after remission is unconstitutional.
