The mission of Leadership West Palm Beach is to cultivate the leadership potential of individuals who reside or work in the City of West Palm Beach, and utilize their skills and talents to foster the development of programs and opportunities that enrich the quality of life in the Palm Beaches.

Participants of Leadership West Palm Beach are exposed to a variety of aspects of the community including government, health and human services, education, economic development, arts, culture and festivals, neighborhoods and even the water catchment area.
